Sort notes
Uses the Show Notes Folder action to set to the default Notes category to open there and let you sort anything that’s not yet added to a folder.
Open work notes
Presents a menu of my choice of note-taking apps, then either presents Notes folders to pick from and show or opens directly into Craft using Open App.
Shortcut Information
I built this as a way to quickly access the various types of note-taking apps I use for work – Notes for things like quicker thoughts, links I need to come back to, or things written with my Apple Pencil, or a new app I’m testing called Craft Docs that’s useful for long-term notes or documentation.

Open by folder group
Uses the Choose From menu action to present top-level categories for Notes folders, then includes multiple other menus for each category and opens into the chosen Folder.
Work on checklists
Opens into the Checklists folder I’ve created in Notes to keep various task lists or templates.
Open video notes
Presents a menu of the main folder and various subfolders for my Video notes in the Notes open, then opens into the chosen folder using Show Notes Folder.
Add to wishlist
Asks you to enter a name on import, then looks for a note with the name and “wishlist” and creates one if not found – then, adds any links from the Share sheet or asks you to enter in a new item, then appends it to the list automatically.
Clean up Books quote
Takes highlighted text shared from Books and scrapes out the extra metadata.
