These shortcuts put the Siri in Siri Shortcuts, letting you take advantage of voice prompts, dictation, and spoken audio as needed.
The shortcuts also include instructions and refernces on how to design your other shortcuts to work with Siri – by using Dictation & Speak Text for out loud always, and prompts & Show Result for out loud via Siri but written in the app, for example.
Quick dictate
Starts dictation and captures after a pause, copying the result to the clipboard so you can paste it.
