New in the Shortcuts Library: Apple TV Apps shortcuts
While updating my Apple TV Remote shortcuts for multiple devices, I cleaned up my Apple TV apps and built out a new set of shortcuts to open them all.
Opens the app Play for YouTube on an Apple TV of your choice so you can select videos you’ve saved for later to open in the YouTube app.
Opens the Criterion Collection app for Apple TV that lets you view films from the catalog.
Opens the tvClock app for Apple TV that shows the time in a large flip-style format.
Opens the PCalc app for Apple TV and shows the remote so you can perform calculations on the big screen.
Opens the YouTube app on a selected Apple TV, then shows the Remote so you can select a video.
Opens the MasterClass app for Apple TV so you can browse or continue watching a lesson.
Opens the VSCO app for Apple TV where you can select photosets to display in an abstract gallery.
Takes a location shared as input, or if none, the current location, and opens the webpage in a popover so you can see the WalkScore of the neighborhood. Shows how easy it is to walk around, the access to transit, and how bicycle-friendly the roads are.
Opens the URL for /wp-login for your Wordpress site, then, on Mac, presses Command + \ to shift focus into the text area and then enters Full Screen.
Opens the website for Apple Music Replay where you can visualize your past year of music listening habits.
Opens into the Touch section of Accessibility settings to let you control features like AssistiveTouch, Reachability, Haptic Touch, Touch Accommodations, Tap or Swipe to Wake, Shake to Undo, Prevent Lock to End Call, Call Audio Routing, and Back Tap control
Opens the deep link into Settings > Privacy > Location Services where you can enable or disable Location entirely, adjust Location Alerts, control which device is used for Share My Location, and adjust settings for individual apps.
Plays my Apple Podcasts station for media discussions and entertainment shows.
