Shortcuts for managing your Home listening experience. Use these to toggle the Studio lights, toggle the Kitchen lights, or toggle the Bedroom lights.
Toggle the Kitchen lights
Sets the Hue light in my kitchen on or off depending on the current state.
Toggle the Bedroom lights
Sets the Hue lamps on the side tables in my bedroom on or off.

Toggles a set of 4 Hue lights and one Light Strip in my main living space.
I’m Working
Sets the “I’m Working” scene, turning on my office lights to optimal levels for the workday.
Set the Remote Work scene
Turns on the lights in the main rooms, bathroom, and bedroom maximum lighting while cleaning the house.
I’m working in the living room
Turns on the living room lights, plus casts my music to the Living Room TV.
I’m working in the kitchen
Turns on the kitchen lights and sets playback to the HomePod mini.
TV Setup
Turns on the Apple TV, set a Home scene, and turns on Entertainment focus for an hour.
Movie Setup
Turns on the TV, opens the Apple TV Remote, and sets the Movie Time scene before turning down brightness, enabling Do Not Disturb, and activating my Letterboxd shortcuts.
I’m working late
Turns the studio lights to softer color temperatures and turns off all the lights in the rest of the houhse.
Turn down the lights
Sets the light to specific levels for specific situations one might encounter in the bedroom.
Check morning heat
Checks the temperature sensor levels in the main room, converting values to readable numbers before presenting them.
Turn on the fireplace
Turns on the Apple TV and opens the Fireplace app, plus shows the remote.
Control air purifier
Toggles a smart switch by checking its current power state and turning it off or back on accordingly.
