Opens a custom “Templates” folder in Notes where I keep notes I want to duplicate.

Use these shortcuts to quickly take notes, open recent notes, or append to the same note regularly.
These also work well with Apple Watch (which doesn’t have a native Notes app).
Notes is Apple’s default writing tool, going from a stitch-bound simulcrum of a real notebook into a powerful tag-based digital archiving tool.
While the Notes actions aren’t updated for iOS 15 yet, the native actions allow for quick access, repeatabilty, and sharing functions way beyond what the app’s features provide – hopefully Tags get added as well soon and Shortcuts users can go wild.

Opens into the Checklists folder I’ve created in Notes to keep various task lists or templates.
Shows the Attachment Browser view in the Notes app to show the Photos and Videos, Scans, Maps, Websites, Audio, and Documents you saved in Notes.
Switch on or off Notes’ ability to sort your completed to-dos automatically or not.
Switches notifications for @-mentions in the Notes app on or off.
Switches the Notes feature for automatically converting hashtags into tags on or off.
Enable or disable the ability to Quick Note to open to your most-recent note every item or create a new note.
Opens to your alternate Notes account synced from a different email address.
Activates or deactivates the “On this device” account for Notes.

To skip the Gallery, drag-and-drop them into a folder in the sidebar of Shortcuts.
Opens the Health app to the Mental Wellbeing category where you see data like Mindful Minutes, State of Mind, Exercise Minutes, Time In Daylight, and Sleep data – all types of data that affect your mental state.
