Log Workout
Adds a workout into the Health app without requiring an Apple Watch. You can log all kinds of activities, from running and cycling to playing a sport.
Asks you to enter a total length of time, then logs it as a stretching workout.
Asks you to enter the ounces of water you want to log, then adds it to the Health app.
Asks you to enter a total length, then logs the recovery time into Health as a Workout.
Adds data to Health that you brushed you teeth, either at the current time or an earlier date you input.
Asks you to choose the type of caffeinated drink (coffee, espresso, cappuccino, or a soda) and logs the caffeine content into the Health app. Also compares against the daily recommended limit of milligrams of caffeine.
Using your username, opens the link to your profile on Bluesky.
Pulls recent links from my blog’s RSS feed and lets me choose which ones I want to share, then formats them as a Markdown linked list and copies it to my clipboard.
Opens the Fandango app when run from iPhone or Fandango.com when run from other devices.
Opens into the Health app to the Health Records section of your Profile where you can see accounts, export Health Records to PDF, show Apps and Research studies, and change options like data sharing and analytics.
Opens the Apple Developer app for Apple TV so you can view bookmarks, browse presentations, and search for topics. When run from Mac, maximizes the window to Full Screen.
