This Thursday: Siri AI Automators meetup in Portland

Join me in downtown Portland this Thursday, July 23, for another Siri AI Automators meetup about Siri, App Intents, Shortcuts, and practical automation.

Hello Portland developers, Shortcuts folks, and Apple automation enthusiasts — I’m hosting another Siri AI Automators meetup this Thursday, July 23, from 7–9 PM in downtown Portland.

At the first meetup, we had a great time getting into the details: what apps should expose through App Intents, where Shortcuts makes those capabilities useful today, and what the new Siri and Apple Intelligence direction means for people building workflows on Apple platforms.

There is plenty more to talk about as the iOS 27 beta cycle continues, so bring a project, a question, an automation you’ve been working on, or just your curiosity. I’d love to keep meeting people locally who are thinking about all this – see you there!

Register for the meetup on Luma if you can make it. And if this week does not work, you can follow the Siri AI Automators meetup calendar for future events.

Hope to see you Thursday.
