Select from any Apple TV devices on the network, then “App” becomes selectable and you can choose from a list of installed apps.
Can be set using Ask Each Time, cannot be set using Magic Variables.

In previous betas, Magic Variable selection was technically possible but failed on launch – I filed Feedback and it was removed while not working, but returned without variable support.
