Count
Counts the number of items, characters, words, sentences, or lines passed as input.
Note (from Apple, for real)
This is just like the Count in Sesame Street, but instead of a vampire, it’s a Shortcuts action.
Gets text from input or prompts you to enter it, then counts the length of the string.
Wraps the input in three backticks on either side (which displays as a “code block” in Markdown-supported applications).
Takes an input and counts the total words, then displays the information in a dialog or speaks it back with Siri.
Lets you quicky add characters like parantheses, brackets, or quotes before and after a string of text.
Asks you to enter text, then wraps it with a blank paragraph graph on either side.
Presents a list of preset emoji and copies your choice to the clipboard.
Plays the preselected Replay 2016 playlist on Shuffle. My top tracks of the year—not even joking—were Burn The Witch, Can’t Keep Checking My Phone, Daydreaming, Better Strange, and Bored to Death. Uncanny.
Turns on the Enhance Recording feature of Voice Memos for a higher-quality file.
Presents a menu of your favorite nearby theaters, then opens the corresponding URLs for that theater so you can buy tickets.
Takes a screenshot, reformat the name to the style used on macOS, then saves it to /Shortcuts/Screenshots/ in iCloud Drive.
Opens the Wallet app to your main debit card used for daily purchases and things like groceries.
